I like to build structures that solve problems. I founded Valence College Prep, a charter middle school changing the odds for kids growing up in central Queens. As a principal and teacher I built systems for teachers and students to do their best work. Before that, I spent several years at Google in People Analytics, building tools and analyses for organizations to understand their workforces. Now I’m looking for what’s next — the next set of systems that will solve more problems for more people.
